  • **7. CONFIDENTIALITY**

Your use of Salesforce products is subject to your separate agreements with Salesforce, Inc.

    **12. INDEMNITY**

    12.1 Your Indemnification

    You agree to **defend, indemnify, and hold harmless** PS Advisory, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
