The engagement covers:

  • Core setup: Business units, security, Email Studio & Journey Builder, brand settings, and tracking.

  • Journeys x2: Users can choose from Policyholder Onboarding, Renewal & Debit-order Rescue, Claim Status Updates, FNOL follow-ups, or Reinstatement or Lapse Save, with triggers via API Events.

  • Data and integration: Marketing Cloud Connect or CRM integration, mapped contacts, and subscription & consent management.

  • Preference Center: This will be branded, consent aware, and include categories for product lines, service vs. marketing, and broker communications, with a full audit trail.

The 5-week implementation timeline is broken down into:
