Agentforce Multi-Agent Claims Reporting

Agentforce Multi-Agent Claims Reporting

<p><strong>Salesforce Multi-Agent Claims Architecture</strong> is a claims automation solution built 100% native on Salesforce using Agentforce. Instead of putting a single generalist AI chatbot in front of customers, it deploys five specialist AI agents -- Triage, Claims, Medical, Billing, and Legal -- each with its own domain expertise, guardrails, and data boundaries.</p>

The key idea is that claims operations are too complex and too regulated for a one-size-fits-all bot. A medical question needs different handling than a billing dispute, and an attorney contact should never be handled by AI at all. Each agent knows its lane: the Claims agent collects the 12 required FNOL fields for a given jurisdiction, the Medical agent processes treatment authorizations with compliance guardrails, and the Legal agent always escalates to a human with zero tolerance.

The architecture pairs AI (for natural language understanding, tone detection, empathetic responses) with deterministic code (for required field validation, duplicate detection, claim number generation, and audit trails). AI makes the conversation feel human, code makes the outcome reliable.

Two channels are live today -- web chat via Experience Cloud and a two-LLM email-to-case pipeline -- with the architecture designed to expand to additional channels. It supports any line of business (Workers' Comp, Auto, GL, Property) through metadata configuration, no code changes required.

Everything runs on Salesforce: Agentforce, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex + Flows, and custom objects. No external LLMs, no middleware, no API keys. Data never leaves the org.
