The Challenge
As a newly launched MGA, N2G inherited seven disparate systems from its parent companies, leading to siloed underwriting processes, manual quote assembly, and significant compliance risk. Underwriters managed complex, multinational risks across multiple lines (Global Property, Foreign Casualty, CGL, Umbrella, Auto, WC) without a single view of submissions. Brokers lacked a consolidated quote, requiring manual assembly across lines. This slowed quoting, introduced rekeying errors, and hindered N2G’s ambitious target of 40% YOY premium growth.
The Solution
PS Advisory collaborated with N2G and Instec to deliver a Salesforce FSC-based enablement platform that served as a single pane of glass for underwriters.
